At Nicka's Custom Creations, your satisfaction is our top priority. Because all of our products are custom made to order, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales on custom items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
We will work quickly to make it right by offering a replacement or store credit.
Non-Custom Items
For non-personalized items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
