Orders & Customization

How do I place a custom order?
You can place a custom order directly through our store. Be sure to include all personalization details (names, colors, sizes, etc.) in the notes section at checkout or through our Custom Order Request page.

Can I see a proof before my order is made?
Yes! For certain custom items, we will send a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Please allow 1–2 business days for your proof to be sent.

Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?
Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production may have already begun. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Processing & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are custom made with love and require 5–7 business days to process before shipping. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout.

Do you offer tracking?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a custom item?
Because our items are made to order, all custom sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please email us at info@nickascustomcreations.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue store credit.
